It's all about the location: Our comfortable bungalow is located in a quiet but central area in the 600 block of 94th Avenue North in the North of Naples. From there, it is only a short walk or 3 minutes by car until you reach the mile-long stretch of white sand at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

Typical American restaurants are within walking distance, from standards, such as Joe's Diner or Rib City, to restaurants which offer more exclusive fare, such as the Turtle Club or the Capital Grill. You don't need to go much further to find the renowned Ritz Carlton and the Mercato Center, which offer a wide range of possibilities with fine-dining, exclusive boutiques, bookshops, coffee shops, a luxurious movie theater with leather armchairs, unique pubs and gourmet shops. And the Pavilion shopping center, with a movie theatre, bicycle rental, a 24-hour pharmacy and a Publix super market, is also not far.

If you like the water, Cocohatchee River Marina is the perfect starting point for you! And just a 10 minute drive away you'll find 5th Avenue in Old Naples, a classic location where you can find the Waterside shops (among the best in Florida), the Coastland Center, where you'll find everything you need, and of course, Marshalls, for the bargain hunters.

On the way to the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, which is about 30 miles away from our house, you can make a stop at the Miromar Outlets, which are not only popular among the tourists.

Enjoy your vacation in our newly furnished bungalow, barbecue on the veranda, and let the idyllic setting and peaceful surroundings inspire you. Go for a bike ride, or a stroll down to the beach. Go dolphin watching or enjoy a romantic evening with a fantastic sunset over the sea. Vacation in paradise, and you will surely want to return.
